| Requirement |
Buildings that have not been certified under LEED-NC must be at least two years old before they can achieve certification under LEED-EB. 1) Buildings that are more than two years old can register to participate in LEED-EB and apply for LEED-EB certification as soon as they are prepared to do so. 2) LEED-NC Certified buildings that are less than two years old can also register to participate in LEED-EB and apply for LEED-EB certification or re-certification as soon as they are prepared to do so. 3) Buildings that are less than two years old that have not been certified under LEED-NC can register to participate in LEED-EB but must reach two years of age before LEED-EB certification will be awarded by USGBC |
